Brian J. Stark has been representing the interests of Vermont real estate clients since 2003. Previously affiliated with high volume real estate law firms in the greater Burlington area, Brian has the experience and depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to provide buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate with comprehensive counsel on the legal aspects of the real estate transaction process.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brian obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University majoring in Urban and Regional Planning and obtained both his Juris Doctor and a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Subsequently, Brian has been admitted to practice in both Vermont and Indiana. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid cyclist, swimmer and skier.

Nick J. Daley has several years of experience handling all aspects of real estate transactions. Nick has previously worked at high volume real estate law firms both in Vermont and Massachusetts. A native Vermonter, and graduate of Saint Michael's College ('09), he has been practicing in Vermont since 2013.

Nick received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and then spent two years practicing civil litigation at a large firm in Burlington. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Vermont, as well as the United States District Court of Vermont.

Nick lives in Essex Junction with his wife Kristen and their English Cocker Spaniel, Wallace. He's an avid golfer and New England sports fan.
