Stark Law, PLLC assists buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate throughout the entire process from negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, conducting the title search, issuing the title insurance policies, through to conducting the closing. Additionally, Stark Law, PLLC represents borrowers in refinances conducting the title search, issuing the title insurance for the lender and conducting the closing. All of these services are provided at a competitive flat fee.
Stark Law, PLLC also offers estate planning services including, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney (POAs) and Advance Directives for Health Care. The Last Will and Testament (“Will”) is the written document that lays out your wishes and dictates what happens to your estate upon your passing. A Power of Attorney (“POA”) provides the ability for someone you trust (your “Agent”) to act on your behalf for financial or other purposes prior to your passing. An Advance Directive for Health Care (also known as a living will or personal directive) appoints an individual or individuals to make health care decisions for you in the event you are unable to do so for yourself. In addition, in the Advance Directive you can set forth certain care that you do or do not wish to have administered to you.
